Refund Policy





Any order implies acceptance without reservation to these general conditions of sale which prevail over all other conditions. The sale is considered concluded at the date of receipt of payment. These general conditions of sale apply automatically to any online sale of products offered via internet through BiOrganicNutrition.com and / or its commercial teams or after sales services. Any order received at BiOrganicNutrition.com is considered firm and final. The products cannot be returned or exchanged.


Delivery: Except particular conditions specific to the sale, delivery will be made to the address when ordering. Delivery will take place within a period which may vary between 2 and 20 working days depending on the shipping method chosen by the buyer, after receipt of full payment by BiOrganicNutrition.com (subject to availability). In case of unavailability of one or more products ordered, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be able to modify or cancel the order. The delivery times indicated by carriers (DHL, FedEx and La Poste/Colissimo) are only indicative and the possible delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or claim damages and interests. Duties, taxes and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns/Cancellations
Customers have 7 clear days from the date of delivery in which to return unwanted products, at their own expense, for a refund. Refunds will only be given on unopened products in their original, sealed packaging. Instant refunds are made depending on your payment issuers policies; please, keep in mind there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited to your account.

Items on promotion cannot be returned nor exchanged.

RETURN OF THE PRODUCT:

The seller is obliged to take back an article if delivery is not conformed to the order or if the item is faulty.

The consumer must ship it back in its original packaging, stating the reason for refusal on the delivery slip or invoice, fees being charged to the seller, and may demand:

- a new delivery complying with the order,

- the exchange of the product with a similar one or

- the cancellation of the order with refunds of the sums paid.

The consumer must pay only the direct costs of return, unless the trader agrees to take them back at his own cost or if he has not informed the consumer that he was responsible of these costs.
